This 4L60 transmission pan with OEM style drain plug is a new bottom pan that will fit any 700-R4 or 4L60 (non electronic shift) or early 4L60E transmission using the factory type shallow pan. There is nothing more annoying than trying to service your transmission and dumping half of the oil on your driveway. This pan was originally intended for car and many truck applications, up until about 1997.
At BET Performance, we start with a new GM pan and a factory drain plug, then add a custom nut to the pan before installing a factory style drain plug. This upgraded approach insures a no leak situation, unlike aftermarket ‘leak maker’ drain plugs.
