This 200-4R air check test plate bolts down in place of the valve body and allows the transmission rebuilder to apply air pressure into the transmission after assembly. Our test plate helps you double check the transmission and is an excellent tool for diagnosing internal leaks or damaged seals before installing the transmission.
Check the following internal components by applying air to the holes provided:
- Forward Clutch
- Direct Clutch
- Reverse Input Clutch
- Over Run Clutch
- 4th Gear Clutch
- Low / Reverse Clutch
- Intermediate (2nd) band apply
- Intermediate band release (3rd accumulator)
- 3-4 Accumulator Apply
- 3-4 Accumulator Release
- Governor oil circuit
- Reverse boost valve
