Description
This Forward Input Turbine Shaft Sealing Ring Sizing Tool tool can re-size the sealing rings on 6L80 or 6L90 transmissions. This is a larger version of our 4L60E sealing ring sizing tool. The BET Performance version of this tool is a close steel copy of the GM Kent-Moore tool. After going through several of the plastic ones last year, we decided to make them out of steel and have not had to replace it as of yet.
Our Forward Input Turbine Shaft Sealing Ring Sizing Tool is very simple to use:

- Remove the old seals
- Expand the new ones over the land, being careful not to over expand them
- Center the new seals in the groove
- Lubricate the tool with trans-gel
- Gently guide the tool over the seal to initially collapse it into the groove and size it
