You are buying a new hex tool that is used to adjust the backlash and carrier bearing preload on all Chrysler 7 ¼, 8 ¼ and 9 ¼ differentials.

• Attach the tool to any 6 point ¾” socket and feed it down the axle tube to turn the bearing adjusters
• There is an O-ring on the socket side to prevent it from falling off and the large hex will not go through the adjuster
• Some smaller 8.25 and all 7.25 differentials may require the axle bearing to be removed in order to use this tool
