This is a dual seal accumulator piston set for the 4L80E transmission series or 4L85E transmission series.
- The included springs are custom manufactured for us and both have higher spring rate
- This set REQUIRES the later model 3/8″ (.375″) accumulator pin
- These accumulator pistons have slightly higher spring preload than stock
- This Dual Seal Billet Accumulator Piston Set includes two accumulator pistons – enough for one transmission
- Both accumulator pistons use two seals each, unlike the OE piston, to help eliminate pin wear
- This one solves the problem by providing two seals and uses the pin to stabilize the piston in the bore
