- Fits all 700-R4 and 4L60 series transmissions from 1987-1994 with auxiliary valve body
- This accumulator piston kit uses two seals to eliminate pin wear (unlike the OEM piston)
- This kit replaces the stock piston which can accumulate pin wear in as little as 25k miles. This type of pin wear can cause a hydraulic circuit cross leak and a loss of functionality.
- We’ve also seen pinless versions cock in the bore and get stuck, but our forward dual seal accumulator piston kit solves that problem with two seals and the pin which stabilizes the piston in the bore
