The our inner clutch lip seal install tool replaces the plastic GM tool (that can crack), it is very simple to use:
- Lubricate the installer
- Simply slide the protector over the center hub in either the forward or direct clutch drum
- Install the forward or direct clutch piston assembly. (The aluminum cast piston is shown – it will work on both the stamped and cast versions.)
- Remove the seal protector from the housing
